The RCHD Vital Records Division is responsible for recording all birth and deaths within Rush County and recording legal name changes.

Services provided for a fee: Birth Certificate, Death Certificate, Genealogy Research. Birth and death records are available for anyone who was born or died in Rush County since 1882.
