Additional Responsibilities
The department’s specific functions include but not limited to: road resurfacing, snow plowing, chip sealing, grading gravel roads, brush cutting, tree trimming, side ditching, cutting berms, bridge maintenance and repair, road sign installation and repair.
USED TIRES
Highway Department will accept used tires from any Rush County Resident to recycle, anytime Monday thru Friday from 7 A.M. to 10:30 A.M. and from 12:00 P.M. to 3:30 P.M. Except Holidays. You must check in the front office first.
