Clerk – Pay by Credit Card

To make a credit card payment , you may call the Rush County Clerk’s Office to make a payment over the phone 765-932-2086, Monday through Friday, 8am – 4pm;  

OR you may click the link listed below for the type of payment you are making. ADDITIONAL SERVICE/CONVENIENCE FEE WILL APPLY.

For traffic violations, small claims, restitution, and courts costs/fines you MUST have the court’s case/cause number.

For traffic violations, it is the payor’s responsibility to ensure the EXACT AMOUNT of the ticket is being paid.
